Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GrowthPath AI platform and website operated by GrowthPath AI ("we", "us", "our").

Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with service operations
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use the AI features to generate discriminatory, harmful, or misleading content

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into GrowthPath AI. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve our services.

AI-Generated Content

AI features generate draft content (review drafts, analysis, recommendations) based on data you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use. AI outputs are suggestions — not final decisions.

Payment and Billing

  • GrowthPath plans are billed per employee per month.
  • CyberAlign plans are billed per organization per month.
  • Free trials do not require a credit card.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the billing period.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

The GrowthPath AI platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthPath AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data remains in read-only mode for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. You may export your data before deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
